Robert R. Redfern, CPA

Managing Partner

Robert graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 1984. He worked for the international accounting firms of Arthur Anderson and Company in Oklahoma City and Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Little Rock before returning to his hometown of Danville, Arkansas in 1988. After serving as Chief Financial Officer of Chambers Bancshares, he started Robert R Redfern & Company, CPAs in October, 1990. Starting with just a computer, a desk and no clients, the practice has now grown to two offices (Danville and Atkins), eleven full-time employees, numerous part-time employees and service to over 1,600 individuals, businesses and organizations.

Michelle

Michelle K. Hill, CPA

Certified Public Accountant

Michelle is a Certified Public Accountant who began her career with Robert R. Redfern & Company upon graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. In her 28 years of professional experience, she has assisted numerous small business owners with entity selection, organization, payroll, bookkeeping, and tax considerations. As the manager of the Atkins office since 1998, she has developed a strong program of client service, excellent team leadership and high professional standards.

Britney

Brittney L. Diaz, CPA

Brittney graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing. Since beginning her career with Robert R. Redfern & Company, she has excelled in the setup and development of business accounting and payroll systems and has extensive experience in the taxation of agricultural enterprises. Additionally, she has been instrumental in helping clients navigate the Covid-19 business landscape and has been directly involved in helping clients obtain the various loans, grants and credits made available in the pandemic. Brittney is also proficient in tax planning and compliance for all business entities, particularly for corporations and limited liability companies.
